Managing Attorney
Attorney Sebastian M. Anderson has been practicing law since 1995. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School, and has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the United States District Court. She was born in New York and her Cuban American background gives her cultural sensitivity. His fluency in the Hindi language allows him to effectively communicate with and represent his clients.
Senior Attorney
Peter West is a graduate of the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. He is a member of both the New York and District of Colombia state bars. He is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court and the United States District Court, for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
Paralegal
After graduated from Yale Law School. Jessica served as a legal assistant in a number of immigration law firms in the United States. She also manages all our customer support services here at NYIS.
